Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. All orders are made specifically for the customer's demands. Any error or mistake on the customer's behalf is not the liability of THESOLEREASONS.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please keep in mind, any damage caused to the order during shipping and delivery is not the liability of THESOLEREASONS. Please contact the shipping carrier for information on your damaged order. 

You can contact us at thesolereasons@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
