Order processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays. 

After processing, orders will take 1-2 weeks to ship out. You will receive updates for delivery once it has shipped out. 

Shipping delays and timings are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. 

Shipping rates and delivery time

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

THESOLEREASONS does not ship to addresses with P.O boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order and has shipped. The email will contain your order details and tracking number. 

Duties, Customs, and Taxes

THESOLEREASONS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Any lost or damaged products during shipping are not the liability of THESOLEREASONS. If the order you received is damaged or lost, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
